Our stay at west-downs heritage resort was bad. It is not worth the money paid and for everything they charge extra. The resort is old fashioned and rooms have some bad odour. Bathroom/toilet is small and flush won't function properly. Doors won't close properly and are hard to lock/unlock the main door. Rooms are not warm at all and they don't have heaters in the room. For the heaters they charged 950rs per night and provided an old heater which took min. 3 hours to warm the room. Food at an in-house restaurant is expensive. Drinks prices are more than 2 times the mrp and veg biryani costs 600 rs. Complementary breakfast is continental and it was ok. Overall it was bad experience and not worthy.

Loction is okay. Ambience is okay. But there are some cons. The room in which we stayed had few problems. Bathroom drains were clogged and water was covering the entire bathroom. The walls and curtains of the bathroom is full of fungus. Some of the lights were not working. 24*7 water heater is not available

The rooms were as beautiful as shown in pictures and service and staff was very good. Property is beautiful. Food taste and breakfast options could be better.

Got room no 201, not an ideal one to stay if you are not an early morning guy, water pump is right next to the room no need for alarm it will wake you up

Location was good, amenities and services were ok but the rooms didn't have good ventilation and a view. Please ensure that you visit the property and then only book york room as they are not advisable. Staff was courteous. We had booked derby rooms and i can say for sure that it wasn't value for money with no view and all closed room and one

The look of the hotel is great but the washroom bathroom needs renovation. It was not at all maintained properly. The toilet seat and the bath area was not up to the mark. These things need to be taken care of.

Pathetic room service. Didn’t do it even after multiple reminders. Didn’t respond even when i personally went to reception to ask for extra towels. Apart from this these people are either short staffed or highly inefficient because they take 20-30 min to take your order and then more than 1 hour to make it. And prices are way exorbitant. I paid 10 thousand per day here and it was only 3-4 thousand worth. I feel like cheated. But sadly apps like mm t don’t undertake any due diligence before listing a hotel on their app
